Your voice matters
Step by step: How to get involved in standards development
Sarah ShooterEditorial Content Manager, RSSB
Open to all, our standards consultations are an opportunity for you to help shape railway regulation with your feedback. They’re an essential part of ensuring that rail standards are written and maintained transparently and with the support of the industry.
This formal process sees each new or updated standard put forward for review and comment before publication. We consider all the comments received, revise the standards as appropriate, and publish our responses openly.
Taking part in standards consultations can help your team members feel heard and included in the wider industry. Remind them that their voice matters by sharing this short introduction video and encouraging them to get involved.
